Refund Policy
1. Inspection and Diagnostic Fees

Emergency Support: For 24/7 emergency support, if a technician has arrived on-site and completed the diagnosis but a repair cannot be performed, the 50% (half-price) inspection fee is non-refundable.

General Services: On-site inspection fees for all appointments are intended to cover basic technical mobilization costs and are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
2. Service Guarantee and Re-execution

AC Cleaning Services: We provide a 30-day Service Guarantee . If a quality issue related to our workmanship arises within 30 days of cleaning, we will arrange for a technician to re-inspect and re-treat the site at no additional cost .
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients wishing to cancel or reschedule must contact us in advance. If an appointment is canceled after the technician has arrived on-site, a basic mobilization fee will apply.
4. Mutually Agreed Refunds

The relevant fees may be refunded subject to mutual agreement between both parties. The refund amount and method will be negotiated and decided based on individual circumstances.
