• General Service Fee: Inspection fees for non-emergency appointments will be disclosed at the time of booking.

 

3. On-Site Documentation For quality control and emergency preparedness, our technicians will take and archive photographic records of the service site. These are used solely for internal engineering assessments and maintenance profiling.

 

4. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

• Service Guarantee: Air conditioning cleaning services include a 30-day service guarantee, which excludes any mechanical repairs.

• Liability: While we aim to minimize business downtime, Palace Engineering LTD's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local law regarding secondary damages caused by pre-existing mechanical conditions.
