Will there be a charge if emergency support is unable to repair the equipment?
If the 24-hour emergency support cannot be repaired due to environmental or mechanical factors, an inspection fee of 50% (half price) of the service fee for that period will be charged.

After completing the air conditioning cleaning, we offer a 30-day peace of mind guarantee (excluding maintenance items) to ensure the quality of the work.

What is a free on-site system assessment?
After a new client makes an appointment, we will go to the site to take photos and archive them to ensure that we can keep track of the situation in case of an emergency.
